Worship

We are a church that loves to honor God. One of our core values states that ‘we will creatively worship God with all that we are and all that we do, passionately seeking to find expression for people’s spiritual gifts to honor God.’

Over the weekend there are five separate opportunities to gather with other people to do just that. Every one of these gatherings occurs in our worship auditorium that is full air-conditioned and seats up to 440 people.

We are located at 4 Greenwich Court, Robina, Queensland, Australia 4226.

Sunday Mornings – 8am and 10am

Two identical gatherings are held at 8am and 10am every Sunday morning. On Sunday morning our church is full of people drawn from all generations – from babies to great grand-mothers.

A fully supervised crèche is available at both gatherings. A full Kidslife program for primary school age children is also provided. Children are invited out to this program during Community Time (see below)

A typical Sunday morning gathering runs for 75 minutes and flows like this:

Opening Praise
We sing 3 or so songs together and offer God our prayers of praise

Community Time
We share church news for the week ahead and pray for people’s needs and the needs of our world

More Praise
We sing one or two more songs together

We Listen
One of our preachers shares from God’s word a message that we seek to be true to the message of the bible and relevant to our lives

We are Sent Out
We sing another song and pray as we are sent out into the next week to be God’s agents of transformation in the world

After our gathering time
We share together over a cup of coffee and other refreshments in out courtyard as kids play in our adventure playground.

Some of the things you can expect on Sunday Morning are:

• A band (guitar, bass, drums, keyboard and other instruments) leading our singing
  
• Contemporary music mixed with some of the great songs/hymns from previous generations
  
• Drama, multi-media and other expressions of the creative arts
  
• Communion celebrated on the first Sunday of each month
  
• Interesting, relevant and biblical messages that both inspire and challenge

Sunday Evening – 6pm

Our Sunday Evening service is attended by all generations but is specifically designed for young adults aged 18 -35. This is a dynamic, engaging and vibrant time of worship that seeks to address the issues facing students and young workers as they make there way in the world.

A band leads the worship that follows a similar format to Sunday morning, but with a younger edge.

We love to chat over freshly brewed coffee after our worship time.

Friday Crossroads

Crossroads is an amazing ministry for people with disabilities and those who care for them. At the heart of Crossroads is worship. This time is from 9.30am – 10.30am every Friday morning during school term time.

Youthstreet – Friday – 6.30pm – 9pm

Youthstreet is our ministry for High School students. Every Friday night duing school term around 100 young people gather for a time of fun, worship, food and hanging out.

At the heart of Youthstreet is a gathered time of worship led by the awesome Youthstreet band.
